This lovely home has two floors. The renter will have the upstairs which includes two rooms, a hallway and a closet. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, dresser, vanity table with mirror, small book shelf, and lamp. There is a hallway closet... between the bedroom and the study room which has a large saucer chair, day bed/sofa, writing table, chair and lamp. There is a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, single burner heating unit (stove), and hot water kettle for the renters use. Downstairs is a full bathroom for the renter which houses a shared washer and dryer. The homeowner has a private bedroom and bath downstairs along with a guest room, living room, and dining. The full kitchen is available on a limited basis (use of dishwasher, sink). The porch and deck may be used by the renter. The homeowner is a happy, female, middle school teacher with a friendly dog and cat. The homeowner will be happy to schedule a virtual or live tour of the space.
